This workshop will be a collaborative learning experience for Oregon Wraparound Coaches and Supervisors. In the workshop content will be delivered in lecture and collaborative discussions in the large group setting with trainers as well as in breakout rooms with their peers. Content for this workshop will be centered around effective collaboration between Core Team Members (Wraparound Care Coordinators, Family Partners, and Youth Partners), using Wraparound Principles to foster collaboration, building rapport and relationship between Wraparound Care Coordinators and Peer Support Specialists, and understanding the capacity of each role. |
