How Youth Partners Contribute to the Phases and Activities of the Wraparound Process

This packet was designed to help explain the role the youth partner plays in each phase of the Wraparound process. The goal of the Wraparound Youth Partner is to support the youth while partnering with the other team members and bridging the gap between the youth and the adults in their life.
