Data Partner Role

To streamline assistance and support on WrapStat, each organization (CCOs and CMHPs) should have one Data Partner and one backup Data Partner. Data Partners have various roles/titles across the state, some being data analysts and some with direct involvement in Wraparound. They are the point person on WrapStat for their organization. This individual will provide the first tier of support and problem solving for any issues encountered by users in their organization. Data Partners have access to a Request for Data System Assistance google form to report issues identified by users and verified by the data partner prior to submitting to SOCI.

These are the core skills we’ve asked organizations to think about when identifying a staff member for the Data Partner role:

• Ability to employ critical thinking to troubleshoot technical issues
• Proficiency with databases
• Ability to identify user errors versus system bugs
• Ability to locate helpful information in User Manuals and direct Users to this and other resources
