Wraparound Foundational Training: Module Five

Trainers: Caitlin Baird, Kristin Everhart, Maria Hermsen-Kritz, Tori Lopez, Danielle Phillips, Hannah Watah – SOCI

This training will provide participants with a foundational understanding of the principles, phases and activities necessary to implement fidelity Wraparound according to the National Wraparound Initiative.  Participants will leave with an understanding of their respective roles within Wraparound and how to orient youth, families, and system partners to the process. Participants will learn and practice facilitation skills, receive hands-on experience utilizing the CANS within the Wraparound planning process, and have opportunities to demonstrate learned information and skills through simulation and group work.

November 2024 Foundational Training Schedule:
All modules will be 8:30am – 12:30 pm

PLEASE NOTE: This is a sequential training and all modules need to be taken in order.

Week 1 | Module 1 & 2 | October 29th & 30th [Tuesday & Wednesday]
Week 2 | Module 3 & 4 | November 5th & 6th [Tuesday & Wednesday]
Week 3 | Module 5 & 6 | November 12th & 13th [Tuesday & Wednesday]

Intended Participants:

Newly hired Wraparound: Care Coordinators, Care Coordinator Supervisors and Coaches, Family Partners, Youth Partners, Youth Partner Supervisors, and Family Partner Supervisors
