Statewide Group Coaching: Youth & Family Engagement

Description:

This coaching session focuses on effective strategies and common challenges related to youth and family engagement in the Wraparound process. Youth and families may feel reluctant or hesitant about the Wraparound process, and this coaching serves to help providers explain and model Wraparound, build trust with youth and families, and navigate barriers in the engagement phase.

Participants are given the opportunity to share their own experiences related to youth and family engagement and receive feedback from trainers and colleagues.

Intended Participants:

All Wraparound practitioners (Wraparound care coordinators,care coordinator coaches, care coordinator supervisors, family partners,youth partners, family partner supervisors, and youth partner supervisors) across the state.
