Statewide Group Coaching

Description:

Group Coaching sessions provide quarterly opportunities where identified Wraparound programs can connect with each other to share resources, tools, and ideas, as well as, receive support from experienced Wraparound Coaches from OFSN, SOCI, and YE.

These coaching sessions meet the OAR requirements for group coaching.

Goals of group coaching are as follows:

1. Deepen Wraparound knowledge and practice skills for all Wraparound practitioners in order to continue moving toward implementing high-quality Wraparound to fidelity across the state of Oregon.

2. Increase connection and collaboration among Wraparound practitioners across the state to decrease “reinventing the wheel” and increase information and resource sharing.

3. To support capacity building of each individual Wraparound program in order to decrease reliance on outside formal consultation and coaching.

Intended Participants:

All Wraparound practitioners (Wraparound care coordinators,care coordinator coaches, care coordinator supervisors, family partners,youth partners, family partner supervisors, and youth partner supervisors) across the state.

Please note: This training is intended for Oregon practitioners only.
