Statewide Coaching: Team Engagement

Description:

This coaching session focuses on effective strategies and common challenges related to the engagement and collaboration between team members in the Wraparound process. Some team members may be new to Wraparound or feel reluctant to the Wraparound process, and this coaching session serves strategies of how to address these challenges, particularly in the engagement phase. This coaching session will also address tensions between core team members (care coordinator, family partner, and youth partner).

Participants are given the opportunity to share their own experiences related to youth and family engagement and receive feedback from trainers and colleagues.
