NW Regional Coaching

July 16, 2019 – 10:00 am - 4:00 pm

Regional Coaching sessions provide quarterly opportunities where identified Wraparound site groups can connect with each other to share resources, tools, and ideas, as well as, receive support from experienced Wraparound practitioners (care coordinators, family partners, youth partners, and supervisors), SOCI, OFSN, and YE.

Includes Benton, Clackamas, Hood River, Lincoln, Linn, Marion, Multnomah, Polk, Sherman, Yamhill, Wasco, and Washington Counties

Register
  1. Increase connection and collaboration among Wraparound practitioners across the state to decrease “reinventing the wheel” and increase information and resource sharing.
  2. Deepen Wraparound knowledge and practice skills for all Wraparound practitioners in order to continue moving toward implementing high quality Wraparound to fidelity across the state of Oregon.
  3. To support capacity-building of each individual Wraparound site in order to decrease reliance on outside formal consultation and coaching. Groups decide the topics of focus.
