Trainers: Caitlin Baird, Kristin Everhart, Maria Hermsen-Kritz, Tori Lopez, Danielle Phillips, Hannah Watah – SOCI

This registration is for the Wraparound Care Coordinator role-specific foundational training, which providers attend after completing the Introductory Wraparound Foundational Training modules.

WCC registration will be prioritized for WCC role-specific trainings. Providers are able to attend all role-specific trainings, after completing their own role-specific foundational training, as understanding the functions of all Wraparound core team members increases collaboration in the Wraparound process. 

February 2026 Care Coordinator Training Schedule:
All modules will be 8:30am – 12:30 pm

Module 1 & 2 | February 10 & 11 [Tuesday & Wednesday]

PLEASE NOTE: This is a sequential training and all modules need to be taken in order.

Intended Participants:

Newly hired Wraparound: Care Coordinators, Care Coordinator Supervisors and Coaches, Family Partners, Youth Partners, Youth Partner Supervisors, and Family Partner Supervisors

NOTE: REGISTERING FOR MODULE 1 OF THE CARE COORDINATOR TRAINING WILL AUTOMATICALLY REGISTER YOU FOR ALL MODULES

Register for Module 1 of this training.
