Advanced Wraparound Training – Transition Age Youth

Description:

 SOCI will be providing a series of advanced training pertaining to various aspects of implementing high-quality Wraparound to fidelity. This specific training will focus on developing and enhancing practitioners’ knowledge and skills specific to supporting transition-age youth in Wraparound. Participants will gain a better understanding of what is different about working with transition age youth, tools for shifting to a youth-driven, family-guided approach to the Wraparound process, and strategies for addressing team members’ concerns about youth-driven Wraparound. The training will also cover specific techniques for engaging transition-age youth and supporting them during meetings, with opportunities for participants to discuss, practice and ask questions.

Intended Participants:

Wraparound Care Coordinators, Youth Partners and Family Partners.
