Advanced Training: Writing Outcomes Statements

| Description: | This advanced training will focus on developing and enhancing practitioners’ knowledge and skills specific to writing outcome statements as they pertain to the Wraparound planning process. There will be opportunities to practice and ask questions. While the Wraparound Care Coordinators are responsible for writing the outcome statements, all Wraparound practitioners are welcome to attend this training in order to develop a common understanding and language as it pertains to outcome statements to support youth, families, and their team members. |
