Advanced Training: Writing Needs and Outcome Statements

SOCI is providing a series of advanced trainings pertaining to various aspects of high-quality Wraparound to fidelity. This specific training will focus on developing and enhancing practitioners’ knowledge and skills specific to writing needs and outcome statements as they pertain to the Wraparound planning process. There will also be opportunities to practice and ask questions. While the Wraparound Care Coordinators are responsible for writing the Needs and Outcome statements with the team we encourage all Wraparound practitioners attend in order to develop a common understanding of writing needs and outcome statements to best support youth, families, and their team members.
Writing Needs and Outcome Statements: The Advanced Training: Writing Needs and Outcome Statements is being offered twice, May 13th, and May 27th. If registering for this training, please only register for one date to allow room for all interested practitioners to receive this training.
