Advanced Training: Writing Needs and Outcome Statements

SOCI will be providing a series of advanced training pertaining to various aspects of implementing high-quality Wraparound to fidelity. This specific training will focus on developing and enhancing practitioners’ knowledge and skills specific to the Strengths and Needs Summary within the Wraparound process. We will review what strengths and needs are, how to gather and record them, what a Strengths and Needs Summary document should contain, and how to apply information from the summary to the Wraparound process. We will also review some sample templates and additional tools that may support you through the process. While this training is targeted toward Wraparound Care Coordinators who are responsible for completing the Strengths and Needs Summary, we encourage all Wraparound practitioners attending to develop a common understanding of the Strengths and Needs Summary and all aspects of creating and using the document in order to best support youth, families, and their team members.

Writing Needs and Outcome Statements: The Advanced Training: Writing Needs and Outcome Statements is being offered twice, May 13th, and May 27th. If registering for this training, please only register for one date to allow room for all interested practitioners to receive this training.
