This workshop will cover techniques and strategies for supervisors and coaches to increase their skills in cultural and linguistic responsiveness when providing supervision and coaching. The workshop will help supervisors and coaches build their awareness of bias and cultural differences that may impact their ability to provide culturally responsive supervision and coaching. Participants will practice creating outlines for culturally responsive supervision and coaching plans. This workshop is meant for current Wraparound coaches and supervisors.
